“Graduating from a small liberal-arts college, and being an international student provide you with a very limited number of research opportunities in the initial phase of your career. This can turn out to be a little intimidating when you all of a sudden get exposed to a bigger university like Texas A&M. However, if you maintain your cool, get help from your peers/department, and are up for the challenge, a time will come when you will be able to overcome all the hard times and achieve your goal. Just believe in yourself! In a university like Texas A&M, you pretty much have everything you need within your vicinity. Exploit them (in a good way of course).” – Rupesh Shrestha​
