| NSA Spotlight of the Month AUGUST 2019: Dr. Bimal Nepal |

“We have tremendous potential in engineering to make the world a better place. As an Aggie, Think Big! Success will follow you. Even if you are freshmen, there are a lot of opportunities like Undergraduate Summer Research Grant, Honors Program, and working on faculty research labs. The hardest is sometimes research could be a bumpy road. You don’t always get what you want in terms of outcome. So one needs to be very patient and passionate about the research.” – Dr. Bimal Nepal

Howdy and Namaste, everyone! We are back with the August edition of the NSA SPOTLIGHT OF THE MONTH. He is none other than Dr. Bimal Nepal, a real son of Nepal, who has been actively involved in academic career from the past decade. Dr. Nepal has taught thousands of students over time and is regarded as a professor of high stature at Texas A&M University. He is interested and primarily works in research topics that involve Supply chain logistics, decision and risk analysis, and manufacturing systems optimization. He is a person with a lot of humility and credits his success to his family (especially parents, wife, kids, and all relatives). Read our interview with Dr. Nepal below:
